A new survey found most Americans feel like they’ve never had a boss who truly appreciated the work they do.

63% said their current boss doesn’t appreciate them enough, and 59% said NO boss ever has.  46% said they’ve even left a job because they felt undervalued.

There’s one thing that can keep you at a job though, even if your boss doesn’t see how capable you are.  Two-thirds of people said they’d stay at a job as long as their COWORKERS appreciated them.
