Get your boots, cowboy hats, and dancing shoes ready, because Momma’s Music and Mini Bulls is coming up on May 13th and it’s going to be a blast! This event, brought to you by Karma Farms Inc., Forsythe Tractor, 6W Services, CWCP, Down Home Meats, Diamond J Construction, A&E Events, Shredder Custom Baits, Jo Baby Candles, Youngs Tires, Big Baby Jakes Cowboy Apparel, and K&W Electric, is a celebration of the life of Jacquelyn Annette Rothenberger, who loved nothing more than good music and mini bulls.
But this year’s event is even more special as it also honors two best buds who recently lost their mothers, Glenda Hall and Marion Self. The day will be filled with fun activities, and vendors will sell handcrafted LSU hand-painted crafts, Millie Beas pickles, Jo Baby Candles, and Shredder Custom Baits. Hungry visitors can grab something delicious to eat at the Rusty Spur Grill or Shortys Slides and more.
Concessions will be available throughout the day, and there’s even a possibility of catering by Shortys. Live music at 5pm will be provided by country chart-topper Jake Williams, who will keep everyone dancing and singing along. And if we’re lucky, we may even have special guests Sepulvado and Sheppard join us on stage!
Gates open at Noon, and the bull riding event starts promptly at 3pm. There will be added money for the winners, as well as a custom arena buckle, as always. This event is a perfect opportunity to miss or bless your moms, or just enjoy the day like a kid. So, put on your best cowboy gear, and come celebrate Momma’s Music and Mini Bulls on May 13th. See y’all there!
