We don’t have ,any ramen restauraunts in Shreveport-Bossier, so when i stumbled across this hidden gem last week, I couldn’t wait to share my experience with all of you. Some, who are more in-the-know than me, may already be familar with Ghost Ramen located behind StrayCat in downtown Shreveport.

Those who aren’t are in luck, because you can never say after reading this that you weren’t told about arguably Shreveport’s coolest restaraunt.

Ghost Ramen is only open three days a week, which I actually love. A place this unique needs a feeling of exclusivitity, and opening only Thursday-Saturday gives it that extra touch. On those three days, you can stop by this secret restaurant anytime from 10PM-6AM.

You’ll find yourself in an incredible outdoor atmosphere, while chowing down on the most delicious ramen you have ever tasted. I’m telling you, as your go-to ramen connoisseur, this is the best ramen you’ll ever have in your life.
