Texarkana is celebrating its 150th anniversary throughout 2023 with a series of events and activities. These include the creation of a community memory quilt by the Texarkana Museums System, a photography exhibit by the Texarkana Regional Arts and Humanities Council and a Centennial Time Capsule and Sesquicentennial Festival organized by the Texarkana Sesquicentennial Committee.
