Zach Bryan has successfully completed his deferred prosecution agreement affiliated with his 2023 arrest in Oklahoma on obstruction charges. The incident in question dates back to when the country superstar was on his way to attending a Philadelphia Eagles game and his security guard’s car was pulled over by a police officer. Bryan got out of his own car, and according to reports he got “too lippy” with the cop. Bryan was later arrested in Oklahoma on charges of obstruction of investigation, and said of the incident at the time, “It was immature, and I just pray everyone knows I don’t think I’m above the law. I was just being disrespectful, and I shouldn’t have been.  “Mr. Bryan’s successful completion of the deferred prosecution agreement (DPA) is the conclusion of this criminal case,” Michelle Lowry, director of communications for the Craig County District Attorney said in a statement. “He admitted responsibility and followed all of the rules and conditions of probation.” (Rolling Stone)
